Customer’s problem:
The need to improve the sealing of the compressor’s cylinder‑piston group.

Requirements:
To ensure the compressor’s tightness during pressure testing (pressure testing / pressure trials).

Proposed solution:
AGV ring valves, whose shut‑off elements feature a special aerodynamic design to enhance the sealing of the assembly.

Result achieved:
The AGV ring valves ensured the compressor’s tightness during initial and subsequent pressure tests within the prescribed period. The confirmed operating time of the valves during the testing period amounted to 4 642 hours.
